Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the specific items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the Nanoleaf panels, controllers, and power supplies back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
